At Vireza Boutique, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it effortless.
EU Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order. This window extends over weekends and public holidays, so you always have the full period available.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do so by:
- Initiating a return request through your customer account at https://account.virezaboutique.com
- Contacting us at hello@virezaboutique.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw
After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the goods.
Return Shipping We offer free return shipping on all eligible orders. Return labels will be provided upon request.
Refunds Upon receiving your cancellation notice, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of dispatch (whichever is earlier). Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Conditions Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (swimwear, lingerie, and pierced jewellery)
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
If items arrive damaged or defective, these exclusions do not apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@virezaboutique.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
