Returns Window: You have 45 days from the date of delivery to return any item, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Conditions: Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Exceptions: Personalised pieces, final sale items, and perishable goods are non-returnable.

How to Return: Email us at hello@virezaboutique.com with your order number. We'll guide you through every step.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping: Covered by Vireza Boutique for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
